No two couples are alike, so why should their planning experiences be the same?  Check out the three most popular packages B+O duos choose, however all Brindle + Oak packages are curated to you!   During a consultation, AKA get-to-know you sesh, we create a custom proposal that best suits your needs for a wedding planning experience, and from there, the fun begins!

Wedding Day Management

The big decisions are out of the way (your venue, vendors, the sweets, you even chose the best fiancée!), but now you want to enjoy the day you worked so hard to plan!  A “day of” planner is the perfect solution for your nuptial needs! 

We cringe when we hear the term “day of” because the Wedding Day Management package can be contracted 6 months from your date!  Your B+O planner is by your side in select meetings + reviews all the details you worked so hard to plan. Not to mention you can chat with your B+O planner by phone or email throughout your planning process! Some of the other benefits to having a Brindle + Oak “day of” planner is to create + manage not only the timeline for yourself, but for your wedding party + vendors. Your B+O planner will lead the final walk through, conduct your rehearsal, orchestrate your ceremony, manage the reception production, and so so much more! Your Brindle + Oak “day of” planner does a lot, but the biggest thing we pride ourselves in doing, is giving you the confidence + freedom to enjoy your special day and to leave the details to us!

The Brindle

The is the design + production dream duo! You are a hands-on duo who enjoys the planning process but needs a little guidance in picking some of the final details. A Brindle + Oak planner will introduce vendors that best fit you, your style, budget + needs, curate your event budget, and will be with you every step of the way from down the aisle to your grand exit. Not only do you have access to the services in the Wedding Day Management package, but we will assist in creating your design concept from the start! We will spend more quality time with you, attend design vendor meetings, review your vendor contracts, create your budget, provide custom worksheets to help keep you organized, and so much more!

Full Service Planning + Design

You love being in love but do not have time for much else!  With Brindle + Oak’s full-service planning package you will have a full-time Brindle + Oak planner working on your wedding weekend to ensure you do not have to worry about a thing. We will spend 160+ hours planning your day from answering vendor emails, setting appointments, touring venues, working on contracts, and even (oh the pain!) going to cake tastings. We will create a mock-up AKA sneak peak of your design! Your style + excitement guides us so you can enjoy the fun and celebratory events throughout your engagement. On the weekend of the wedding we will be the first to arrive and the last to leave.  This planning package includes all things wedding!  Go ahead, try to stump us! Welcome Bag assembly?  Yes!  Personal styling + dress fittings?  You betcha!  Planning not just your wedding but Welcome Party, Rehearsal Dinner, and Morning After Brunch? The answer is always YES!

Social Events

We love getting a little funky with an intimate dinner, designer showcase, thematic party, industry event, store opening or celebrating someone special. Brindle + Oak loves planning all the little and big life moments from birthdays + Mitzvahs, to baby + bridal showers, holiday parties, corporate events + more!

With Paris + Positano planned + produced, and London + Ireland weddings are in production for 2022/2023, B+O has the travel bug! We adore our fabulous home that is Colorado but will travel to ends of the earth (literally) for you!
